Woohoo grips gotten better

Finished my 5th set of Sumo Deadlifts at 225. My legs where pretty fried from squats and lunges already but I had no problem locking it out. I feel I could do 250 easy. The problems are my grip is horrendously week. For arm day I think I will incorparate some plate pinches and maybe just hanging from the pullup station.
 
get a bucket of sand and thrust your hands into the sands and grab handfulls of it without pulling out your hands. then squeeze as hard as you can. repeat many times

For forearm grip strength, I do static holds w/ 45lbs ea. hand.......then jump up to 100lbs in ea. hand.

The 45lbs are the warmup.......and 100lbs are simply a burnout, max grip.

Hold the 100lbs past the point of pain, and up until you grip gives out.

It's a ballzout max burnout.....
