Woo Hoo! Got flax oil that was pressed on the 12th!

The vitamin store had a shipment come in today and I snapped 2 bottles up and put them straight in my freezer. Talk about fresh!!!
 
flaxseed milled into flour!

taking flaxseed and milling it in your coffee bean grinder until it turns into a dark flour,then mix this with your favorite mix-chocolate cake and even the icing and you will be able to have your cake and eat it too!
However do not eat too much as your bowels will work overtime in processing this load,and you could end up making several trips to that little room in your house,until your body adjusts,after about a week,
Then continue to consume 1/4 cup of flaxseed flour daily,mix it into whatever you are baking or cooking and watch your waistline go down the the toilet,and within a month you sjould be able to see your toes again!
 
Does it taste any better ?

like a Don Perignon champagne ? :D
 
I think it goes bad if you don't store it cold/freezer right?

As for seeing your waistline drop, why? Does it help you lose weight or something? Thought it was just a healthy suppliment

I also grind seeds in the grinder and put the meal into my shakes. Yum!

BUT!!!!!!

The EFAs in flax seed oil HATE heat and air. By baking with flax you are pretty much destroying all of the EFAs. Why do you think the oil is so carefully processed and stored?

You should only include flax oil and flax seeds in recipes that are never heated above room temperature after the flax is added, IF you want ALL the benefits.

And Anthrax, I haven't tried it yet, I am finishing off another bottle first.
