I am 30 yrs old. 5 foot 10. 190 lbs and pretty flabby. a friend of mine told me that I could slim down and even build a little muscle if i use winny and clen together. also cut carbs and stick mostly to protein. Of course lotsa cardio and lifting. does this sound right?
 
Definitely start hitting the gym harder and clean up your diet. If you drink plenty of soda start drinking more water and stay away from the soda. It worked for me. As far as the supplements you mentioned, after about a good 5 weeks of training then I would try the Clenbuterol. When you are ready to start I suggest getting some advise on how to take. I'd stay away from the Winny for now. Just my 2 cents.
 
build a soild foundation,,,before piling on concrete(AAS) and learn how to train properly & eat...training & diet are 80 per cent of the whole game.

You can get in spectacular shape with NO drugs. And this is exactly what you should do.
 
You've gotten some very bad advice. AAS is used a a polish so to speak. You've got to geat into decent shape before even thinking about using steroids.
