No offense, and I'm not over 30, but age has nothing to do with it. I know plenty of women at my college that are slobs. (Have you ever looked inside a female dorm?) And in much worse shape physically than women 30 and up. Sometimes, ladies that are older are a whole hell of a lot more motivated than ones 10 years younger.

90% of women don't take care of theselves, so it all has to to with metoblism and aging. once they get to a certain age, there bodies go to hell. most of them who don't, just have good fast metabolisms, he other 3% workout, run, eat well, etc.

I agree that if you want to find a woman over 30, find one who works out, and she probably always will. If they look good at that age, it is because they know how to take care of themselves, and they have some vanity. Its easy to find a great looking young girl, but what are their habits, and work(out) ethics? What will they look like in ten years if they don't currently work out. Older women also have gotten past the game playing stage (usually) and know what they want, and how to manage relationships...which is a huge plus. There are women out there who know how to be happy...
I would love to have sex with a young woman, but would not want to even think about a relationship....Give me 30 + everytime. Of course I'm older as well, but I speak from years of experience, and hopefully some gained wisdom.
