What's funny is people are coming all the way to TN apparently to get away from Frances. At least, that's what I heard this morning on the news.
They also said that we should show some East TN hospitality and to just not pay any attention to that whole football thing. (Yeah, like we could forget that the Gators suck.)

Talk about a mess Frances is causing. She is just sitting there spinning over the Bahamas and drifting westward. This is going to be a slow progress. A lot of rain heading your way. Hope you have a paddle.

Residents in Fla are having a shortage on gas , stations are empty due to the traffic rush inland, expect a 30 min wait if you do find gas.
I 75 is bumper to bumper traffic into Atlanta
It was dark as hell here a few minutes ago, now theres clear skies and sun, i'll post pics as things develops, that is if QT doesn't distract me....................(you know what i'm talking about pretty lady!)

I'm in Tampa and the gas stations were running out of gas as of yesterday. I found a 7-11 that still had reg. unleaded gas but it was almost out. It was really slow filling my tank and there were 3 cars after each car waiting to fill up. I'm sure the stations are dry today.
My mother lived in Punta Gorda and was home for the last storm. Now she's living with us. Frances has slowed down in terms of wind strength, but it's going to be moving so damn slowly there's a lot of flooding expected with all of the rain. This one is huge too, covers many more miles than Charlie. Be safe everyone!
