do you think celebrities just lift weights with no knowledge? i don't think so... i'm sure they have personal trainers, nutritionalists, ect.

The celebrities who do lift look alot better than the average person, and thats all that matters. Average people look at brad pitt in fight club and say "wow hes jacked". Those people are the majority of the population.

I bet if everyone in the world was physically fit and massive...it would set a new standard for the physical appearance of celebrities. Most celebrities are good eye candy for the average joe (good looking, nice bodies, nice whatever)
