WOAH - Brad Pitts Workout???

I actually heard that Brad Pitt does SuperSlow (TM), so that would make those poundages more forgiving.

But god bless the guy...finally somebody I'm bigger than.

What would use suggest to get that kind of outcome. Like I said- I'm not trying to be real big or anything-- I weigh 175 now-- so like 190-200 range and cut?
 
Well for the time being you should train like you DO want to be big. then just stop when you have the size you want. Check the training method Stickies at the top of the board. Also, you CAN gain weight, you just need to eat enough calories. unless you have an intestinal parasite, that will work. make sure to keep up your squats and lower-body training.

btw I envy your vert :)

lol whenever I hear brad pitt now...I don't think the actor. I think brad pitt the strongman.

brad pitt the strongman is the real brad pitt...the actor brad is just some guy

:-) That vert took a lot of work-- but boy was it ever fun :-) One of our plays in HS was called "Go Get it"-- you call it when you were in trouble- just toss it near the goal and the rest was my job :-)
