I have usually taken them on an empty stomach and had good results. I guess it depends on the individual, it really don't know.

food messes with the absorption of most drugs, having said that, you should take them on empty stomach.

MQ says to do it on an empty stomach, but since I'm bulking, my stomach is almost never empty (hell, I don't even remember what it feels like to be hungry!) except when I fist awaken, so I just take the prohormones 3x/day, and I've been getting great gains so far...
