Every night - no
But maybe a few nights a month to make sure your teeth are staying where they should be.
I've gone over a year without wearing one and I was fine. But some of my friends have crooked teeth again because they didn't wear theirs.

Yep, this cosmetic hollywood influenced crap is b/s. If its not plastic in the breasts its plastic in the mouth. Good old blighty had it right from day 1.
