Wish someone could offer me proof of God's existance

I've seen him on TV plenty of times and would go see him in LA if I could but the last time he was here it was a partners conference and it cost a couple hundred bucks.. who would have known that hearing the word of god was so expensive!!

Its been thoroughly documented how his shit runs and works.. the behind the scenes things, etc.

You get all the people in a big room like that.. singing, praising, etc... its extremely poweful.

You see the same thing at Tony Robbin's shows.. or promise keepers type gatherings.. grown men crying.. they say its the power of god.. its the power of persuasion.

I respect Christians and their believes although I disagree with them. But I don't respect scam artist for profit tele evengalists.

Cost? My family didn't pay a dime.

Everyone has their own belief system, and if as 'you' say its the power of persuasion that makes someone feel better, gets rid of aches and pain, migraines, etc etc.. I could go on and on. Then no matter how they got it its a good thing eh?

I've witnessed things, very powerful things, I'm not denying that it is powerful and gives a lot of people hope...

BUT

its costs people a lot

Your family may not have paid anything, but his appearances rake in thousands.. people who can't even afford to charge donations to their credit cards..

that same power that "heals" people is also powerful enough to get people to pay money they don't have.

i nerver argue about god existing... god is beyond me.. it just doesn't make sense to live in a world that god has the power to change what happens...

I'm with you. I soooooooooooooooo want to believe. I'm about 80% sure about God. The whole Jesus thing, & the Bible, I'm waffling on their absolute relevence.
And yet, my analytical mind questions everything & wants answers, damnit!
I'm so confuuuuuuuuuuuuused.

Some days I believe in God, somedays I don't. Faith gives people courage and hope that they might not otherwise have. Regardless if that faith is based on truth or not. Believing is a powerful thing. A man keeps trying and eventually succeeds because he believes that God is going to help him or he quits because he feels what's the point? This doesn't apply to everyone, but it does to millions of people.
