Today I have to go in and get an epidural steroid injection into some buldging discs in my neck to try and get rid of a pinched nerve. It supposed to reduce the swelling of the disc. F*** I'm nervous about sombody sticking a needle in my spine.

I had a Spinal tap when I was 18 . All I remember was 4 people held me down . Nowadays you have a local and it is'nt as painful. Sometimes you just got to bite the Bullet . I know what goes thru the mind , just hang in there ,well be thinking of you. In no time at all you'll be talking about the operation that you had done.
