GOOD LUCK and don't think of it as a "diet' in the sense of I will eat just this way for x amount of time. Adopt an eating regiman you can live with day in and out. It's more about a way of life than achieving a goal bb.
 
I can put weight on easily most of the time, but the fat seems to equal the muscle put on. If I can learn how to "diet" right, then maybe I can leanr how to lean out my bulking.

1.5 Chicken breasts
2 cups Garden Salad.....1 tbspn Fat Free Dressing.

MY carbs are about 60g for the day...I think I need to up them a tad in the morning....
 
I've been playing with my carbs as of late... Was just curious as to why you stated you needed more carbs in the morn???
