now was that so hard? i bet you took a step back for a second, rubbed two brain cells together and were like "ah ok i get it". I also understand your viewpoint even if I don't agree, but I get where it comes from. That's the division line between the two sides. One side beleives that life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is sacrosanct until it encroaches on a deep religious belief of theirs. The other side also believes in the sanctity of personal choice even when that personal choice is not something they agree with, as long as it doesn't hinder someone else's ability to live their lives as they see fit.

I can't argue with you on whether that kid has a right to live or not because it's more of a complex issue. If that was the case than abortion even in cases of rape and incest "MUST" be illegal, but that is one super fucked society that will allow men to procreate with women who haven't given their consent to carry his child. That's a level of evil shit that I have no words for. I know we didn't broach on that subject in this thread but it's the next natural step if we're saying "the kid also has the right to fucking live". It's a very complicated issue. In my opinion you can't tell people what to do with their own bodies but if their choices then ostracize them from society so be it.
