winny will only hurt your liver at this point...diet and cardio are essential. Get a heart rate monitor so you know you're in a fat burning zone while doing cardio. Ask a million questions here (as long as you haven't found the answer already posted). Everyone here is very helpful and you can do a lot of research in the coming months while you get closer to your Ideal Body Weight (where the cost/benefit of taking aas would be maximized)
1. start at 106 pounds
2. add 6 pounds for every inch you are over 5' (I'm 5'7" so mine is 148)
3. you can calculate in +/- 10%
4. this puts you in a range to where the effects of either winny or something else would be "seen" the most...
5. this is also how you calculate the amount of calories you use in a day just maintaining your current weight-by taking that number and multiplying it by 10...
6. so keep your total caloric intake below that # and with cardio you should be set!
For women you start at 5' and 100lbs (which works for me!
