If not, open your eyes and realize that those guidelines i gave are not for those of us straining our bodies by OVERLOADING OURSELVES WITH ANIMAL and HUMAN HORMONES (myself included)...He is not at that step, so don't compare the numbers that YOU see as ideal (200 and 8%) to the real numbers for a man to function at optimum health (for endocrine function, cardiovascular health, etc.) Your perspective may be warped-those calculations are not, as you so eloquently said, "rediculous".
