Wintrol for weight Loss

forget the winnie or any other gear for now. Diet is the only way to get your weight in check. Unless however, you're 7'6" in which case your weight is about right. But joking aside, taking AAS to lose weight is a bad idea. Bust your ass in the gym, do cardio 6-7 days per week and eat a clean diet that is slightly below your maintentance amount. Lose the weight slowl and steady. Gear is best used by people that are under 15% bodyfat at the most.

It will not help you lose weight. Try clen instead with cardio and a solid diet. If your BF is low enough, it will make you hard and vascular.

winny will only hurt your liver at this point...diet and cardio are essential. Get a heart rate monitor so you know you're in a fat burning zone while doing cardio. Ask a million questions here (as long as you haven't found the answer already posted). Everyone here is very helpful and you can do a lot of research in the coming months while you get closer to your Ideal Body Weight (where the cost/benefit of taking aas would be maximized)

1. start at 106 pounds
2. add 6 pounds for every inch you are over 5' (I'm 5'7" so mine is 148)
3. you can calculate in +/- 10%
4. this puts you in a range to where the effects of either winny or something else would be "seen" the most...
5. this is also how you calculate the amount of calories you use in a day just maintaining your current weight-by taking that number and multiplying it by 10...
6. so keep your total caloric intake below that # and with cardio you should be set!

For women you start at 5' and 100lbs (which works for me! :horny: ) and add 5 lbs for every inch...

That is rediculous. Their is no formula that works based on height and weight. Do you really think somebody that is 5'9" is ideally 160lbs? What if they are 200 and 8%bf? These formulas are a joke and bf% is the true indicator of "ideal".

I think the formula is a good start to be healthy... especailly for older people. Obviously, when you work out numbers change. We have all heard how the police use a body mass index. The if you are overly built with muscle you are considered obese (wonder how Coleman kept his job).
Any way. A budy of mine at 5'11" and 213lbs started taking some winstrol. He is now 235lbs! Everyone reacts differently!
Good luck bro!

Was it fat he put on or muscle weight?? Everything I have ever read leads me to belive this promotes muscle growth and fat loss..

Actually, steroids are effective in helping you maintain muscle mass while doing cardio & dieting. Don't know about winny though - never done it.

You ever have conversations outside of body building? If not, open your eyes and realize that those guidelines i gave are not for those of us straining our bodies by OVERLOADING OURSELVES WITH ANIMAL and HUMAN HORMONES (myself included)...He is not at that step, so don't compare the numbers that YOU see as ideal (200 and 8%) to the real numbers for a man to function at optimum health (for endocrine function, cardiovascular health, etc.) Your perspective may be warped-those calculations are not, as you so eloquently said, "rediculous".
