Winter "off" cycle progress journal

Well it's been about 2 months that I have been "off" now. That was a nice 7 months long cycle. At first I crashed somewhat even though it wasn't too bad. My strength was still good but my endurance went down. Sex drive was still pretty good(thx to femera most likely) but not as high as usual of course. I am off "all" drugs right now even including anti-estrogens and I am finally feeling 100% and everything is back to normal. High sex drive, good energy and mood, balls 100% back to normal and weight is good at 222 still pretty solid. Got blood work done when I was at the hospital a few weeks ago and doc said all values were within normal range.

I am also happy to say that I haven't smoked since I said I would stop months ago and I haven't been out drinking at all. Proud of myself for that one. I miss drinking(not smoking) though and I'm sure every now and then this winter I will but not every weekend of course.

I just bought some new supplements as to use during my "off" time. I have glutamine, Cell Tech, Bio-test md-6, injectable b-12 then switch to kynoselen, Perfect Rx, and extra vitamins and minerals.

This journal will focus on my gains which I WILL make while "off" before my next cycle in Spring
 
Trained yesterday. Chest, triceps, delts and abs. Didn't do a shitload amount though. Strength is about the same. Got up the 110's on incline dumbell presses for 10 with a little help on the last rep. Can't wait for all the supplements to come in though. Now I will start gaining well. Can't wait til my next cycle. :)

Not training legs tommorow. Will train them next Saturday. Deadlifts will be done on back day this week.

Trained back, biceps and forearms today. Forgot to take my glutamine post workout though. I'll remember next time. :D

Starting femera at 1.25mg eod or every third day as well.

Going to stick with 1.25mg every third day. Don't know why but my appetite is through the roof today. Maybe the b-12 or maybe because of my workout yesterday but either way I'm eaiting everything and my muscles feel so full. :D
 
Had a really good chest, triceps, and delts workout yesterday. Did the 110's for 10 on the incline. Forgot to bring my Cell Tech and other supplements to the gym though. :( :mad: Also did dips with 75 pounds strapped no problem after incline's and incline flyes.

Tommorow is legs and abs day. Can't wait.

Weighing in at 230 right now.

For legs and abs tommorow:

Squats x 3
Leg presses x 3 (hate loading up the machine!!!!!!)

Leg raises/crunches x 2
Bicycle crunch x 1
Vertical leg raises x 1
Side sit-ups x 1

Then I jump roped for 15 minutes or so.

Worked back, biceps, and forearms today.

Broke some new strength plateus. Feeling really good. Some areas I'm still weaker tnan though that when I was on but my endurance in up alot more. Must be because I was also smoking during the summer. Feel really good. 2 more weeks I'll be past what I was on the juice in all my lifts. For some reason though deadlifts I'm still slightly weaker than when I was on. I'll get up there again. Still doing 405 for reps.
 
For my next workout:

Incline dumbell presses x 5 (2 are warm-ups)
Weighted dips x 3 (elbows flared)
Flat flyes x 1
Pec deck x 1

Machine overhead tricep extensions x 4
Machine dips x 2 (elbows in)
Cable pushdowns x 2

Lateral raises x 2
Machine lateral raises x 2
 
I got up the 110's for 12 today on the incline dumbell press!! That's 2 more reps than last week. The Cell Tech has to be the reason. Next week 115's baby!!

Going to do abs tommorow but not legs. Full deadlifts done this week for several all out sets then continue with regular back and biceps and forearms workout.
 
Well starting the first phase of my diet. Nothing drastic done here just some minor adjustments. Gives me plenty of time before summer still. Plus I'm just tired of bloating up too fast. Don't know how I was able to handle being 244 last winter. Shit I'm 230 right now stronger than I was last winter and I don't like it at all.

The first phase will be until New Year's. Right now I am cutting back on excessive empty calorie items except for post workout when I can have my extra sugars. As well I will no longer have "huge" meals that keep me full for too long. I will make them smaller portioned.

After New Year's my diet will be for the most part always clean. Then come March when I hit my cycle I will start the fat burners and the cardio with no change in diet and will still come in shredded for summer. :)
 
Cardio 2 times a week starting this week. Damn I haven't done cardio in forever! Thursday morning before breakfast and before work and again on Sunday morning first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Cheat meals allowed on weekends but never overdoing it.
 
Took off this week from training. Friday I will work out again though and start cardio this Sunday. Today I may do some abs and some stair running though.

Also decided on a regular md-6 dose 2 times a day.

Missed work today. Bleh!


Fuck it did abs but no cardio. I don't need it right now especially since I lose weight at a good rate without it. I know it's good for health but my good eating will take care of that. Once I start my cycle then I might add some cardio. Right now I'm focusing all my recovery on my weight training workouts and since I'm not eating as many calories as I was before I need all of that to help with my muscle building.

I have decided to devote an entire workout to abs though once a week. I'm thinking on Thursday I will train it.

New split:

Sunday - Legs
Wednesday - Back, Biceps, Forearms
Thursday - Abs
Saturday - Chest, Triceps, Delts

What a way to start off my diet. Went out with the boys and got fucked up. Feeling nice.

Today gonna keep carbs low to make up for tonight though. Oh well it's still winter and at least I'm dieting already.
 
Felt good today. Feeling much leaner already. It's so weird how fast my body responds when I start dieting. Still gonna try the 115's this Saturday when I train chest but I'm not going any higher than that for now while Im leaning out.
 
Trained chest today instead of tommorow. Did the 115's today for 9 1/2 reps. Not bad since I am dieting and last week I got up 10 pounds less for only 2 reps more. Also did triceps and delts. Feel good.
 
Got fucked up again yesterday. It was 2 of my boys b-day and a whole mess of us went out so I couldn't resist. Resisted all kinds of foods today though to make up for it. Didn't go to the gym though like a shithead.

Tommorow do just deadlifts. 135-225-315-405-405-365-315

Next day a few sets of lat pulldowns for back(If lats aren't that sore. Most likely they will be though even from deadlifts.) followed by biceps and forearms.

Abs on Thursday.

Then start workout schedule as originally planned.

Did a little extra back work. Then did some biceps and forearms as well. Short but effective.

Real stressed out today. Noticing myself getting leaner already. Feeling less full overall though. Dammit I wish I were on a cycle right now. Can't wait.

That's alot. Gotta bust my ass though. As long as the workout doesn't last longer than 90 minutes which I'm sure it won't then I'm good to go. :D

Saturday, if I actually make it, I start martial fighting skills for 3 hours a week. Not much but it's all practical fighting moves. Things that work in the real world.
 
Worked out today and had a really good workout. Did the 115's for 10!! Good shit. Not losing any strength and bodyfat is dropping nicely. Worked out a little too long though. Not good. Tommorow if I wake up early enough I will do legs. Most likely will do them Sunday though and just focus on the fighting classes tommorow.
 
Well the martial class didn't go on today. Oh well I had a really good leg workout and then ran a mile. That's right!! I did some fuckin cardio!! Time to kick it up a notch.
 
Had such a good time last night. Got drunk off my ass then ate a shitload of food. Filled me out so nicely. Today I look good. I can see abs again but not still 2 months away to really have a good 6 pack even while relaxed. :D
 
New split -

Monday - off
Tuesday - back, biceps, forearms
Wednesday - abs, cardio
Thursday - off
Friday - chest, shoulders
Saturday - triceps
Sunday - legs

*This new split should keep me more in the gym and less outside drinking and getting no sleep. As well I want to concentrate more on my singing and musci and need to have more studio time. Of course I will still go out with the boys here and there but for the most part, I will work, work out, concentrate on my music, chill with my baby, and again every now and then go out. It helps me save money too that I need for my new car.
 
Damn I'm never going to get used to that 5 days a week program. I trained 2 times today. First workout was chest and abs. Second workout was triceps, and delts.

Starting a whole new thread right after New Year's.

Going to add Dymetadrine Xtreme and green tea to the mix as well now. Gotta help my md-6 a bit. Time to kick this shit into high gear. Gotta get shredded! As well no more crazy drinking or crazy binging on the weekends. Smoking is done. Well, maybe a few when I drink. They just go so well together.
