winter island vacation with bachelors

What would you guys say would be a good place to go with a bunch of my buddies around novermber/decemberish. I would want a nice place where i cna get an all inclusive package, but also be able to go out to bars/clubs and meet 18-24 year old women. Is there even such a place.
