starting my cycle in about 2 weeks.. i have a fight coming up soon, and right after that ill be starting..
Sustanon..750mg 1-12
Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 600mg 1-16
trenbolone Ent. 400mg 1-12
40mg Dianabol - methandrostenolone - preworkout
40mcg igf1.. 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.. gonna do that for about 16 weeks
i have Winstrol - stanozolol too but i havent decided if im gonna run it at the end, or just save it for next time
All PCT is in place as well
im not gonna give my age bc you guys are just gonna bitch about it.. but im 5'11 right around 210 right now.. have to be at 205 by friday for my fight..i dont know what my bf is right now its pretty low. This is my 5th cycle.. first time trying IGF...
I also wanted to ask about this workout i heard about..ill kinda write down how it goes and you let me know what you think..
Monday... chest..light day 30$ of your normal workout weight.. but only doing 1 set..30 reps.
Tuesday..all the same chest workouts from the day before just at my normal heavy weight..then do back using the 1 set 30 rep routine.
Wednesday..back again but heavy..then arms, using the light routine.
Thursday..lift arms heavy..then shoulders light routine
Friday..shoulders heavy..legs light routine
Saturday.. Legs heavy..
Sunday.. REST!!
During winter time i always start my workout off with at least 15 minutes of cardio either treadmill bike or elyptical..and then 4 days a week end my workouts with 30-40 minutes of HIIT...
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
