I'll be starting my winter bulker next month and just wanted to get some opinions on what I have planned. My goal is to add as much muscle as possible, then I am going to run a cutter next spring/early summer.
I'm currently @ 188lbs with 11.9%bf, aiming for 215 @ 13-14% bf.
Wk 1-2 Sust @1000 mg per week front loading
wk1-2 EQ @800mg per wk front loading
wk 1-4 dbol @ 30mg per day
Wk 2-12 Test e @500mg per wk
wk 2-12 EQ @400 or 600 mg per wk not sure yet
wk 8-12 Hdrol @50mg per day
I'm thinking this should allow me to put on some serious mass, and then tighten it up and solidify my gains with the hdrol.
I've got all my ancillaries on hand to control bloat or sides as well.
PCT will consist of Nolva, and DAA/activate extreme for a test boost and some osta sarms to help maintain my gains.
Any and all opinions are appreciated.
