winstrol vs anaver - need advise

Hi guys
New here, i need some opinions for more experienced ppl about this

heres the deal, im 32, training in a gym for 20 years, training isnt new 2 me, not pro bb or lifter, pretty small guy, did 3 cycles in my lifem 1 test and 2 winstrol on minimum dosage in the past

no i wanna go for another one, but which one

heres how i was after the whinny, 30mg per day, for 4 weeks, (nothing but whinny, no pct either)

Here i was 70kg/155lbs

now i have bad training phase due to arm injury and lost some (im 65kg/143lbs)and i wanna go back to that but i wanna keep it longer so this is why im thinking of anavar

can i get this look with var? and perhaps keep it longer?

i loved the result with winnny but if i can get it with var (same mass in same time) i wanna use anavar

would appreciate your help
 
so what would i get from var? i never tried it or know someone who did

Var is the more mild steroid you might gain 5 keep able pounds but I dont know really it's just what I've read I haven't tried var I like to use test prop or cyp or E lol better gains....
 
did you injure your arm while on winny or shortly after. that is a common 'side' from winny. you might want to avoid it if that happened to you.

var is good.. if you wanna bulk up on var it can be done you just have to eat like you are bulking.

regardless what you do you should try to get back to your old weight before you start another cycle.
 
i agree with tom... if you lost a bunch of weight, attempt to get some of it back first and then look to a new cycle... maybe consider looking at some prop and mast and stay away from the winny this time...
 
imo winny is quite more potent in all categories... including side effects... if you can tolerate the dry joints its a very nice compound for cutting and will even produce a bit more mass than the var...
both are good orals, just different effects (though similar in many ways as well)...
 
Does win cause injury because of joint and cartilage dry out cuz I'm on it and my left shoulder is messed up.. also running var is var better for your joints over win
 
var is better for strength, less sides,cost more

winny will give you better lean muscle gain ..

they are almost even in making you hard imo

you will get different answers because people react different to compounds and results can be very similiar in these 2.
 
If you want to see more effects .. Throwing some test prop in there will make much more of a difference then which 1 of those compounds you choice also.
 
I agree with hurricane.

If you are trying to bulk, anavar is a poor choice bro. While it is possible, it is the best for cutting up. Why not throw in some test?

the injury is pretty weird, it happened about a month ago, i think it something about tangle muscle nerve or i donno but it made half of my right hand numb, and if i try to do something like bench the arm fails at half way as if u just stop pushing, its cutting the power supply, im hoping it will go away soon

i dont think think it got anything t do with the whinny cause that was more than half a year ago

as for test, i dont wanna mess too much with side effects and since im not going for mass ill pass on it
what i mostly like to gain is lean muscle and more definition on the muscles, thats why i chose those 2 and planning to go with 40-50mg for 4-6 weeks
 
I would say that Anavar is a bit weaker than Winstrol (certainly on mg per mg basis), but the ratio between benefits and side effects is much, much more favourable. I would prefer Anavar all the time (and I have cheap sources, so dosage constitutes no problem).

with test prop you ill gain lean muscle, you should have minimal bloat.Sides are less then wistrol also
 
^agreed with everything youve said in here... except for me winstrol gave more strength hands down, though due to the dryness its hard to capitalize on it...

I love winny and the strength gain i get from it. Anavar gave me more size but winny gave the more strength and the look i wanted.
 
^^ other way around for me.Var gives me more strength then winny and winny give me more size then var.Just shows we all react different to these compounds.
 
if ill got with winny, 40-50mg a day for 6 weeks solo, what pct should i run if any?

I would like to know the answer to this question also. What about libido while running it solo? can you run proviron with it to help the sex drive?
 
test is the ultimate anabolic steroid that can be used for any purpose and with proper dosages and an AI used side effects are minimal to non-existent. I'd say use a short ester (prop), 50mg ED should suffice if you stack it up with something more anabolic like winstrol.

Not to mention it's also the cheapest option and the chance of it being faked is pretty much non existent

That sounds to me like a torn nerve, i would suggest getting it checked before running anything else.
I see this every day at the hospital.

This happened to me yrs ago,but more severe, mine went kaput! doing a warm up on the bench, it was like getting unplugged, the right arm dangled by my side for at least a year, eventually i was able to lift it ,theres no treatment, however if ignored you may tear the rest more severely. So please get it checked.

I had something similar happen to me this past winter during my 5x5 program with my right shoulder, it got to the point that I could even flat bench anymore...so I switched to decline and within a few months the pain has almost completely subsided, pretty soon I may even get brave and get on the incline bench lol

Yep! this is one of things you will have to learn to work around.Thankfully after all of these years i have a good 90% back
Thats better than nothing.
 
Well thats cheering, today i woke up with pain, feels bad, half arm is cold and tingling
I think its been like 5 months already

Thats the reason im waiting with the winny

I didnt train good ever since, i feel like shit, weak

I hope its not perm damage
Ill go to a doctor sunday
 
post cycle/unleashed combo followed by bridge should do, a little daa wouldn't hurt either

last time i only used nolvadex, not sure if it was the best way to go

Natural ingedients but have studys behind em showing benefits. Lot like to use low dose clomid as well but with a winny only cycle probably wouldn't be needed.

you want to take both post cycle and unleashed... bridge is a supplement to be used in between cycles to help keep your gains... daa is another test booster...
 
here is some quick advice after reading this thread. you already got a ton of good advice from the other guys, but mine that i have learned is if you are injured REST or avoid that exercise that causes pain. pounding away and taking pain killers works only for pro athletes making big money who are willing to jeapordize their future for short term gain. but for the rest of us be smart and learn to listen to your body. if it hurts then STOP. thats the advice i wish i had listened to years ago or else i would still be winning road races, people that tell you to just push through it don't care about your body.. you cannot push through injuries like that or they will become chronic.

also you looked good before in that pic for a little guy. if that is the look you want then just get recovered and start lifting like before and you will be there very quickly. then worry about juicing. but first get healthy !
