Winstrol - How much - How ofter

I'm sure this has been asked a million times, so heres 1 million and 1.

Stats:

6 ft 3 inches
284 lbs

I have a reunion in 32 days and got what everyone was saying would be the biggest and fastest way to lose some weight and get looking better. I bought a bottle of winstrol, its a 20ml bottle. The guy I got it from said to shoot 1cc every other day until gone. I am doing some pretty intense lifting and an hour of cardio a day...I want to most for my money seeing I spent $ALOT! for a small 20 ml bottle. How much should I really be taking and how often? Im also stacking creakic,lukic and gakic..fogive my spelling. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Im 31, never cycled and am very active..I play bball every night for about hour and half...I lift 5 days a week...never been into body building, just to keep from being to flabby...I did a hand held body fat thing and it said i was about 24% body fat. I know most of you are probably throwing up in your own mouth from that, but I have to start somewhere. thanks.

I edited my original post with some more info, the stuff I have is 50mg per cc...I hit 1 cc last night to start...just dont know if I should hit everyday or what. I want the most results using what i have in the next 30 days...what should I do?? Thanks again.

Also my buddy has Deca 300...in a 10ml bottle..he said I could stack for the next month or 2...let me know.

Clean up your diet and lay off the booze, if there is any. If you do an hour of cardio a day and are at 24% bf, intensity is WAY off. I've been there bro and juice isn't magic in a bottle and diet was my worst enemy.....and beer!

I do have a liking for my crown and coke....and I am in finance so I sit at a desk and eat quick food all day..I am already making changes in diet...and as far as why ask how much and when, is because what my buddy told me is different from 1000000 other things i have read...i am looking for advice on what i have and how to use it...

also im working out at 5am...when would be the best time to shoot?
 
+1 beach bum. pick up the intensity in your cardio, take gluco/chondroitin product while on winstrol to support against joint pain. Winstrol is bad way to start of taking AAS. Better taken with other AAs during cycle. good luck.

K...I appreicate the input so far...but all I have is the winny 50ml per cc and deca 300... I dont really care about mass gain, I would like to get tighter and lose weight...with what I have, what would be the best dosage...? Daily, every other day? And should I use the deca 300 or not?
 
I'm running winstrol now with test p and diet is spot on with a tight workout and cardio program. In 32 days you can change some but don't be tempted to up dosages thinking "more is better" because in this case, you will only get more side effects. I'm on my 4th cycle and do dose a little more than you but I have a better base to run on than you do. Go to fitday.com (courtesy of needto) and load in everything you eat a day and log exercise. It's a great help in keeping diet in line. Good luck bro and think about making fitness a lifestyle rather than a band-aid to go look good for a party.
 
Stop eating shit food and clean up your diet. Drop the booze and soda. If your diet is not dialed, it isn't going to matter how much cardio you do, how your training is, how active you are, what AAS your taking, what time you "shoot" it. Unless you get your nutrition under control, your wasting your gear and your time. Take a look at what you ate today and the last couple days. I bet you will find a lot of your answers right there.

If you cook a lot of recipes on your own this site can be a god sent. All you do is type in all the ingredents in the recipe and how many servings you expect from the recipe and bam. It tells you the facts for each serving.

It will save it so recipes you do all the time will be right there for you.
 
Because 9 times out of 10 (the buddy) is always a dumb ass lol.

e.g. the afore mentioned "dumb ass" recommended deca to his "buddy" to get ready for an event in 30 days :evil:
 
eat 1500 calories a day and run 5 miles in the morning... and lift weights in the afternoon.. 7 days a week. It's not easy...
