Winstrol Cycle dosage per day.

I heard from somebody yesterday at the gym that only take the winstrol on the days you work out?

My schedule is 30 daily winstrol 12 weeks with Test enth 250 a week. Workout schedule is Sun - Thursday. So should I not take the winstrol on days off?

Test every Sun morning. And taking two week break off winny in the middle of the cycle.

12 weeks is way to long for winstrol,I would be so dried out after 12 weeks of winny I couldnt pick up a 5 lb weight,6-8 weeks max.Sweet spot is about 275-350 mgs a week.

Sounds like oral if you said 30 daily

Sorry left out some details. Oral is all I can get. My plan is to take a two week break in the middle of the 12 weeks.

So the real question is take only when I workout?

Don't run winny 5-2-5....that's too much

You take it every day...also not a big fan of 5 days of raining without a day off..........

OK man I just hate when people think they know everything. Thats why I am on this site. Thanks going to my original plan 8 weeks daily.

Take it everyday for 6 weeks. Max @ 50 mg every day !!!
