winstrol and tendons/joints

New member
Does anyone know, or experienced first hand, if the weak tendons caused a result of winstrol use get better/stronger in time , or could it possibly be permanent?
Also, is there anyway to tighten these tendons or ligaments that are now very stretched out and loose (particularly in the shoulder area)?
Thanks

WOW
of course it wont be permanent, winstrol destroys my joints when i take it. but as soon as you stop using it youll be fine.
if it gets unbearable like to the point that its seriously affecting your training, run a very low dose of deca like 150 or 200 mg a week and your joint pain will dissapear

would this negate the drying/cutting effect your looking to achieve from the winny.

its definitely possible for the deca to affect this, but minimally if at all. with such a low dose of deca, the only results youll notice is no joint soreness. no gains

also i didnt realize first that this was a female asking the question. so 150-200mg of deca would be way to much. 25-50 mg would be enough to eliminate the joint pain in a female

The problem is winny has a negative effect on the the output of synovial fluid from the synovial membranes. these membranes secrete synovial fluid into the joint cavities. This fluid helps the joints to move with out friction much like oil in a motor. Once this fluid brakes down or in this case dries up you get friction. This friction can cause life lasting effects on your joints. So yes after time the synovial fluid will come back after the use of winny, but the effects it caused to your joints can be for ever.

Its always wise to use winny with somthing like tren or deca which have a positive effect on the synovial membranes. Or some other otc sup that will add with this.
