Winstrol and Sustanon cycle advise

Hi guys,

I need some advises for a cycle of Winstrol and Sustanon. Not sure what to do really as i have never taken Sustanon before. I have now moved to France in Paris for work and d like to chat with some guys who could give me some tips as i would like to get bigger and ripped. I am an ex International Rugby player, aged 30, 6'0, 85 kgs.

Well did a cycle of Winny and Deca a couple of years ago and it helps a lot. Use to get the help of gym buddy but now on my own that s why i feel like a novice. How many days/weekly for the winny? and what do you mean by PCT meds ( sorry french speaking here !)

winny for best results would be 7 days a week.pct is your post cycle theraphy
its to get your test production back on its own again because you will be suppressed from the cycle.i wold keep nolvadex on hand for any gyno issue
clomid for the end start 3 weeks after your last sus shot.and hcg to bring the boys back to par.i have been advised from my doc to use hcg 500iu every
3-5 days for the hole cycle.clomid 300mg first day and 100mg for 10 days
then 50 mg for 10 days. but to be honest you should do alot more reaserch
on the board there is a lot of good bros here and use the search at the top you will get alot of answeres to your question.this is just imo.
