Hey guys,
So I have like 40 days worth of winnie at 50mg/ed. I have a fight coming up at the end of june and I thought that it would be great to add a little strengh and I have heard it does great things for cardio...expescially bursts and rests which is what fighting is. But I am finishing my first week and my joints...specifically my knees and my fingers are fuckin sore...is there anything I can do?? Just glucosamine, chondroiten, and MSM?
