I'm 22, 210 pounds(been here for about 6 months) been lifting for 3 years, seriously for about one and a half years. Oh and 12% body fat. I'm going to be running 50 mgs of Winny pill form for 6 weeks. My maintenance Calories are about 4200(found out through trial and error)
My question is how much can I cut my calories while taking winny to lose the most amount of fat without losing any of my strength?
