I would like to just get some opinions on how much is too much for a woman to take of winstrol on a 6 week cycle. I am on my 3rd week and my trainer wants me to move up to 25 mg I havent had any side effects...has any one else done this much? I started at 10 and the second week was on 20.

are you taking the dose per day? if so, in my opinion, 25mg is too much for a woman... it can be virilizing for women at high doses... if you want it on the safe side 10mg is ok.
 
well, in my opinion, the doses that you have managed are high... but it makes me curious, tell me are you going to compete? is this your first cycle? what are counter measures for sides that your trainer is taking?
 
I've been told that .5mg EOD is more than enough to achieve great result with little/no sides.

I have always been a proponent of veeeeeeeeeeeeery low dose/loooooooooooong cycles for women. Best way to achieve longterm gains w/least amount of sides. That is IF one makes the personal and informed decision to supplement this way.

I would go with your intuition, and to me it sounds like you are having a lot of second thoughts.

They are more difficult to realise when you are so focused due to all the dieting and training, but I would be so sad, and you even moreso if you did your comp and then realise 'WTF have I done to myself'

I don't use, but my first coach has, and has trained loads of girlies on gear.

She said some of the sides don't show up till you have been off cycle, and up to six months later.

Go with your gut, it is your body, your well-being.

You are taking double the amount pro female bbers I know take!
Your results are a direct result of your diet. It takes minimal AAS to get great results when everything else is in check.
If I knew you personally I would most likely have a serious talk with your trainer. The advice is beyond reckless. I'm 255lbs and I would blow up on 25mgs a day.
Dave Palumbo (The Anabolic Freak) said there is no sense in taking more than 12.5mgs unless you want to turn yourself into a man for a $10 trophy.
In the end it comes down to your goals and the permanent risks you are willing to take with your body...

wow I had no idea...I thought the normal dose a woman could handle was 20.
Thanks everyone I hope I don't start seeing sides 6 months from now. Now Im scared. She acted like this was perfectly fine...she is a friend too so I trusted her.
 
The thing that scares me about asking someone in the gym (or a trainer) is if they say "do this much" it is normally your only frame of reference.
Like everything else in life you need a second opinion.
I have been fortunate enough to meet well placed people in the industry who speak openly with me. I have learned a lot from them and I keep learning every time I see them.

Does she have the look of an androgenised woman?


Some people in the BBing field often get quite accustomed to the look of androgenised, extremly muscled women.

There is nothing wrong with that at all, some women and men really like it, however, that is not a large proportion of the population.

You have to decide what you want to do with your body, what risks you will take.

You'll have to make that decision - depending on your goals. Women take 25mg a day but are typically professional Bb. BUT, I wanted to share my experience as it may help you prepare to go off at the end of your cycle. I did a 10mg cycle planned for 6 weeks. I stopped taking it week 4 because the side effects (joint pain - mostly in my knees, and acne) were too great and I wasn't seeing enough results to make it worth the side effects. Everyone experiences going off cycle differently but nothing I read or heard prepared me for how I felt. I found in my research that coming off simply feels like the flu for a few days but nothing serious. Flu my ass. My joints hurt so bad I couldn't function for 2 days. I laid in bed at night with icy hot patches on every single joint. It took weeks to feel better and more specifically be able to squat anything. You can get through it, I did, but would have handled it better would I have known. I would have planned to go off on a Friday so I'd have the weekend to recover. Oh great now im getting really scared. I really trusted her. I am still at 20 but tapering down. I am starting to see acne. She has used and alot of her figure girls have used before and none of them look like a man. So maybe I should taper down to 10 and stay on that til the end. Thanks everyone for your input..it is greatly appreciated.
 
Couple things to keep in mind...
It can take 8 to 10 months for a womans testosterone level to go back to normal after supplementing with AAS. That means when you come off you will not get the same results you would have gotten if you never went on for a period of time.
Taking AAS is like piloting the Titanic. They saw the iceburg coming. But remember its not what is above the surface you have to worry about... its below. Side effects start on the inside and work there way out. By the time you see something it may be too late.
Some people don't ever get sides you can see though. Unless they are get a complete blood panel before, during and after use they will never know what they have done, or are doing, to themselves.

Knowledge is power. Panel testing is a must. My HDL went down 5mg/dl - the nurse was like - boy, you should really start an exercise program ;-)
 
Var and all other oral steroids lower your good cholesterol.
If anyone does not know why that is bad you should not be using AAS and you should be using Google!

Winny`s half life is 9 hours going every other day will send the hormoes on a roller coster and more likely to see sides that way as well as moodiness.

As I said, I know very little about these things. Back in the day the woman I know who ran this cycle saw AWESOME results with only the side of a tiny bit of increased body hair.

She ran this low dose cycle for 16 - 20 weeks I believe.

Everyone is different and everybody's body reacts differently to the same agents/foods/training. I've always been a hyuge proponent of the super low dose/super long cycle. Best longterm gains with the least amount of sides.

Goodness, couldn't imagine having to get pricked (lol) every day for 12 to 20 weeks! :worried: I know winny can be taken orally but I've not really known anyone who went that route.
 
Winny also dries the joints something awfull. You might not experience issues when you are young but lemme tell ya, the women I know who ran winny when they were younger are feeling it now.

For 5mg that would be a pain in the A$$ literally LOL I agree everything is individual receptors and response etc. I know girls that are beautiful no idea they would run winny at 25mg a day oral no sides. I know girls that had hair growing everywhere even on there nose from running to high cycles. For me I been lucky with winny 10mg per day is a much stronger effect then 20mg of var every day however like you said about the joints dear lord kills me especially once I am really lean. Also find it reall dries out my hair and nails too.

Good lord. My bf has a picture of me laying in bed the days after going off my winny cycle (early) with icyhot patches over every single joint. I was in serious pain. Never again. (and I'm not that old)

I've always been told that if one is going to use winstrol then it would be best to supplement with deca (as deca actually helps the joints). Problem women run into is that unless you try each agent individually first you will not know which agent is causing what sides.

Funny your bring uo that I am thinking about running NPP cause I have had this constant issue with my shoulder thing it might help. I thought about winny near the end of the cycle but then figured it would defeat the purpose dunno actually have to try it sometime.

I bloat like you would not believe from Deca. I also noticed results did not increase when I went over 200mgs a week.
