Winny stack?

I got good feedback on a post about keeping lmt for a triathlete, but let me get more specific here. This is assuming proper nutrition and training of course...

I've been told winstrol can help out with endurance pretty effectively. Still looking to maintain muscle with a heavy training load of biking and running, and a gain of 5-10 lbs of lmt won't kill me as long as my power to wt ration stays high, so... and as I said before, nutrition is good... lots of clean calories (4-5k). Competition time I'm usually 175 at 8-9% BF.

If I wanted to stack with winny, would you suggest anavar or primo? And what kind of dosing along with the winstrol?

Suggestions?
 
i dont like the idea winny can cramp u up and the others can cause uncotrollable pumps which will totally be uncomfortable and take u out of the zone shin splints also
 
During the summer I run and I've found through trial and error that low dose test and deca is the best option for me during this time.

200mg/week of test-E and the same dosage of deca keeps allows me to build strength without adding mass which is about the only way that AAS will help with endurance.

I've tried using EQ since it's reported to increase EPO output; but I got pumps so bad in my calves that I couldn't run 2 miles without having to stop and stretch. I've also used higher doses of test and deca during the summer but my weight starts to go way up and then my running pace goes down.

Sprinters use winny (ala Ben Johnson) but it has a reputation for drying out your joints and that could cause a lot of aches and pain for a triathalete. Plus you're limited to a 6 week duration due to the liver toxicity associated with a 17AA steroid.

So, for what it's worth I recommend test and deca at low dose. You'll have to find the best dosage yourself as some people will actually bulk up at the dosages I use.

I am trying to avoid pumps while competing... would definitely be detrimental. I'm not expecting endurance gains from the AAS, but I do need to keep the lmt to keep my power to weight ratio high, especially for the bike. Training three sports wreaks havoc on lmt. I have had it pointed out that winny can be rough on the joints
