I don't understand what the problem is. I use Zambon Winny EOD without incident. I use a 22 guage needle and stick it in my ass alternating cheeks. There are no nerves, no major blood vessels, very low risk of hurting yourself. No matter what, ingesting a 17aa substance is worse for you than injecting it. I know the thought of piercing your skin with a needle can be a bit daunting, but it's only daunting the first time. I was definitely anxious the first time I did it but after that, it's not a thought.
It's almost like you have to say to yourself, ok, if I'm gonna do something as serious as dope my body with an anabolic steroid, I have to be able to be tough enough to stick a tiny needle into my ass. The pain of the needle is so minute it's not even worth writing about. Your muscle is a bit sore for the next 12 hours, but after a few times you don't even notice it anymore. It's such a non issue.
Regarding buying needles- in order to stop the spread of HIV, NY state law (and some other states now) allow you to buy pins at a pharmacy with no prescription and no questions asked in packets of 10 or less. Just ask. (They will think you're a heroin junkie so don't do it in your own neighborhood).
Long story short. Don't believe the hype, stick yourself with a pin and save your liver some stress. An added benefit is that you don't miss a dose because you can always tell the last time you injected by just touching your ass. If there's a dull pain, you just did it, if it's gone, it's been a day for that cheek.

I think themachine was just referring to liquid winny. Just b/c you had a great experience with the winny you had as far as pain is concerned, doesn't mean that everyone else will also with other brands of winny. QV winny for instance does hurt like hell when you inject it....I know b/c I did it yesterday. I may go to drinking it instead. I'm sure people have no issues sticking themselves with other aas, it all depends. You're making it seem like he just does orals only cycles. Look at his avatar. If that's really him, then I think he knows what he's doing and I'm sure that physique came from injectables in the past.
