Winny Only Cycle

i got a little more cut, but at the time i wasn't doing a hell of alot of cardio...solid gains though, but it's all about your diet!! and the length i did it was a little long but like i said it didn't seem to bother me
 
What KA23 is referring to is glucosamine sulfate. Shoot for atleast 1500mg ED for about 4 weeks before starting a winny only cycle...that way it will have a chance to build up in your system...and continue to take throughtout. Also, be sure to take plenty of omega 3 and omega 6 EFA's - they will help lubricate your joints.
 
for joint pains you could take some glucosamine sulfate. and I don't know why every one thinks winny is for cutting. It's an A.S. that will give good solid gains and tons of vascularity. If you're looking to cut up go with EQ. winny is defitnately what you want if you're looking to harden your muscle and improve vascularity. The main thing that's good about it is that the gains you get on it are keepable.
 
Na instead of glucosamine sulfate get glucosamine/chondroitin 750 by 500 mgs the shit works awesome or get some Pain Free by Inholtra the shit works like you wouldn't believe.
 
Im surprised no one has mentioned the fina/winny combo for good solid gains.

Okay did 25mg of winstrol-v e.d. for 6 weeks and my bf
droped 2% I gained 5 pounds and I keep every bit of my gains i didnt loose any of them I took 5000 Iu's of hcg for 3 weeks after words along with some nolvadex at 1/2 tab e.d. for 4 weeks after word It was ona my first cycles i didnt know bout winstrol not aromatizing but it can supress your natural production a little I took it over board but hey i didnt have any kinda sluggishness after i came off.:fro:
 
WInny only cycle worked great for me for cutting. Droped about 8% body fat. DIdnt get any strenght gains to speak of, but my muscles got hard as a ROCK!
I dont think i would do it again though.

winny will not get you cut...it will help maitain or increase your lean body mass on a low cal diet.clean diet and cardio are a must,even when on winny.don't be fooled in thinking winny will do the work for ya...just an observation,based on my own experiences.my diet was 100% right on with no cheat days...and yes i got ripped while on winny and increased by lbm considerably.muscles constantly looked tight and full all the time...even though i restricted my cals and did my cardio.
