Hey guys, thanks for the feedabck. It sounds like winny wouldn't be too good for what I am trying to accomplish. (I have some knee problems already). I am really trying to cut down my 40yd time as well as build strength for a 225lb rep test. FYI, you were right, it is for pre-combine prep. To answer your question on bf%, the last time I had a skin fold, I was at 17.5% and in the chamber measured at 18.9%.
If no winny, then what might be a good way to go? I know someone mentioned var, at what dose? Another reason I was considering winny was that it's out of your system quickly... That's also important for what I'm trying to do. Let me know guys, thanks.
