winny for speed enhancement?

I've got a quick question. I am thinking of taking an 8 week cycle of winny alone to improve on my 40 yard dash time. does anyone believe that this would be beneficial to improving a 40 yard dash time? never used any aas before. 26y.o. 6'5" / 340 lbs. 10 yrs + strength training. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Winny might wreak havok on your knees esp. if your running it for eight weeks. What dosage?
 
i dont know why any athlete uses that stuff.....

i cant run for shit when im on winny...you know the sound when you scrape your finger nails up and down on a chalkboard?....well thats how my knees sound when i run on that stuff....stay on the stationary bike while on winny.......one of my favorites for the weight room though

That sounds NFL combine-ish. You getting ready to run for someone?
 
I would suggest anavar...additional strength with little weight gain. Ever since Ben Johnson tested positive for winny everyone has been convinced that's what was responsible for his speed. Fact is Ben took a lot of shit...he just got caught with winny.

Hey guys, thanks for the feedabck. It sounds like winny wouldn't be too good for what I am trying to accomplish. (I have some knee problems already). I am really trying to cut down my 40yd time as well as build strength for a 225lb rep test. FYI, you were right, it is for pre-combine prep. To answer your question on bf%, the last time I had a skin fold, I was at 17.5% and in the chamber measured at 18.9%.

If no winny, then what might be a good way to go? I know someone mentioned var, at what dose? Another reason I was considering winny was that it's out of your system quickly... That's also important for what I'm trying to do. Let me know guys, thanks.
 
around 50mg ed and just to let you know Var has similar effects to winny but a lot more expensive but not as bad on your joints
 
I'd think 50mg is a little low considering he weighs 340lbs...and 18% BF isn't bad for being that big. Wouldn't 60-80mg var be more appropriate considering his stats...especially if that is all he'll be taking? Also, what about OT instead of var?
 
how about gh? would this be a possible alternative and help me with what I am trying to accomplish? I don't know too much about it?

Also, what would be the least taxing on joints, and good for speed/explosive power.... plus not stay in syst for over 2 weeks?
 
well people have always told me that it doesn't matter how much you weigh for how much AAS to take. As i weight around 270 6'4" and about 20% body fat i know he is a different story but i know that there are guys that are only weighing 160lbs and doing as much AAS as i am and people have said weight doesn't matter. Its about the receptors. Maybe that is for just test but i thought for all AAS

I think winny still needs up to 20ish days to clear -- I may be wrong though. As far as hGH goes, you may not have enough time to see that kick-in either.

As far as getting your combine performance up, check out: Petrone Speed and Strength. This guy has been getting NFL prospects combine-ready for 12+ years. As we speak, he's got two guys in town who run at the end of February.

This guy is 100% clean (guys have been "on" during a program, but he doesn't work directly with AAS) but he's got the training regimen down. You'll be blown-away at how quickly he'll get you combine-ready. One word of warning -- he's going to tell you how to train, eat and sleep -- he'll basically own your life for those 6-8 weeks. The good news is if you stick to the formula you'll never have to sing "O' Canada" before you step-out onto the field.

For the drug tested athelse GH is ideal, imo...

It may not give you a dramatic increase in size or strength though, but it will help...Also it will aid in faster recovery from injuries (ALWAYS a plus in football), and will help shed fat :)
Plus it wont be detected on a drug test :D
 
low dose test susp (25-35mg/day), gh, low-dose insulin- you can get away w/ using these and still pass a random NFL drug test (this even w/ a 1 day notice-test suspension has no metabolites), and it will boost your recovery (the biggest plus of using), help your explosiveness, and help heal injuries- fuck winny- gave me nothing but joint pain

Bad choice...........Nandrolones are detectable for up to 18 months so thats a no no if he is tested.

bmfk67 -- one other thing to keep in mind (I know a little something about this area). You don't have a contract yet, so expect the drug testing regimens to be *very* thorough. They want your clean numbers as a baseline and it's in their economic interests to keep performance-enhancing compounds out of the equation. At this point, that could only bid-up your price so expect the testing to be pretty agressive.

You'll need to do more than 40's too. Go with L-drills, shuttles, the entire combine format. Turning-in strong numbers there is an exercise in micro-management. You'll need to video your attempts, count steps, measure your stride, optimize your sweep motion... it's an exercise in shaving-off 0.05's at a time. Eventually, those 0.05's add-up and turn into tenth's.
 
is this Jefferson, the TE from the philadelphia eagles?.....LMAO...i know know he needs to get in shape....working constuction....lol......philly is my home town though some stoked about next week big time!
