Does the EQ need to be injected more than once a week or would it be ok to inject once due to its ester.

Gentlemen,

I am getting ready to take my first cycle of winstrol and equipoise. I have two bottles of Boldabol 200, twenty cc's of Zambon winstrol (50mg/ml), and seventy-five tabs of IP winstrol tabs (50mg/tab). My question to you is: What would be the best way for me to take them together. I am currently 5'.8" 193 lbs. with about 16-18 percent body fat. You guidance would be greatly appreciated.

You would be best served by ridding yourself of excess bodyfat before starting a cycle, regardless of what it consists of. My advice to you would be to reduce your bodyfat through food selection and increased cardio (especially in the a.m. before breakfast) to a level of 12% or lower before starting a cycle. Also, have you maxed out your gains naturally? What does your diet, cardio and strength training regimen look like? When did you have your last physical and blood workup done, and what were the results? How old are you?

These are all things that you need to address before starting AAS use. Using AAS without lifestyle changes will only lead you to revert back to physique that you had prior to starting use.
