Winny/EQ Dosage?

Gentlemen,

I am getting ready to take my first cycle of winstrol and equipoise. I have two bottles of Boldabol 200, twenty cc's of Zambon winstrol (50mg/ml), and seventy-five tabs of IP winstrol tabs (50mg/tab). My question to you is: What would be the best way for me to take them together. I am currently 5'.8" 193 lbs. with about 16-18 percent body fat. You guidance would be greatly appreciated.

IMO you need more EQ. You only have enough for a cycle of 400mg/wk for 10 weeks. Maybe I just don't respond well to EQ, but for me 400mg/wk for 10 weeks isn't worth doing. I'd get enough to run 600mg/wk for at least 12 weeks.

You'll notice the best results from EQ after about 10 weeks. The best EQ cycles are run 16-20 weeks. For the winstrol I'd run 100 mgs/day for 6-8 weeks, preferably the last weeks of the EQ cycle.

run at least 400mg EW for atleast 12weeks ...longer if you like..and throw in some test...at minimum..250mg sust ew..id run 500 mg ew but up to you.....save the winny for the last 4-6 weeks of the cycle to tone up and drop some water.....

Drink the injectable and then switch to the tabs when you run out.

Does the EQ need to be injected more than once a week or would it be ok to inject once due to its ester.

I have been on 600mg for years and get blood work every 4 months.
At 600 once a week is just fine. No need to take test since it will raise your test levels per my blood work( not a guess). but you could add some I cylce 250mg of test sometimes but winny works great 5 to 6 weeks on (50mg a day)
2 months off ( liver test is always right on.
