Wine time?

Homoerotic fantasies followed by nocturnal emissions every time you close your eyes?

Oh no dabuff I am so sorry to hear that :(

Ya, tonight it was bad.

I was supposed to do date night with the fiance. I ended up asleep on her couch for 3 hours instead. She was pretty disappointed that date night got sidelined by my sleep disorder...again.

It sucks feeling horribly tired constantly, day after day. I was diagnosed only two years ago, but it's been a serious issue for about 6.

So when you don't sleep with your cpap and feel like death during the day, I totally get that. Feeling like you're going to vomit because you're sleep deprived. It's a really difficult thing to deal with. Just be grateful that a cpap helps you get quality sleep. I don't have apnea so I don't use one, I get sleep arousals from neurological issues my specialists can't explain. I'm pretty much helpless in the situation. I take meds but it doesn't cure the problem, it just treats the symptoms, sometimes to little effect.

I was observed for narcolepsy, but it was negative. I medicate like they do though. Sucks balls, costs a fortune in prescriptions, and I still feel like garbage 95% of days.

Cool story

I feel tired most of the time, but I feel like absolute shit when I forget to use the cpap, i fall asleep way too easy so if i don't immediately put it on I'm crewed, hubby tries waking me up but sometimes it's impossible, lights flicking, shoving me, yelling at me, elbow to the boob, raising my arm and dropping it (lol he's an ass) nothing does it. I've had apnea since I'm a child, always had issues with tonsils, deviated septum and adenoids, surgeries didn't help :(
