Windows-based Web traffic analysis tools

Anyone know any good AND CHEAP Web traffic analysis tools? I need something for a small, single site business with low-moderate hits - 3,500-4,000 hits per week. That puts stuff like WebTrends out of the price range. I'm using open-source analog with Report Magic now but I'd like something a tad fancier but probably not worth spending more than $200.

i just pull up Performance Monitor to view usage meters, or run Web Application Stress tool to see how the system holds up under heavy usage. Doesn't anyone sell used WebTrends copies on ebay or something?

yea, the boss just wants something to view the hits for the recent week/month/quarter.
