Win vs. Mast - cut cycle?

Looking to stack either Winny (depot) or Masteron with my Test (500/wk) during the last 4 weeks of my 12 week cycle. I have an option to get either but have never used them. Basically I'm wondering which is better to start towards my cutting cycle to soon follow, or would I be better saving $ to grab some var for afterwards?
