1. That's perfect! I wonder if 3 miles in 30 minutes is more than I can handle. I do want an obtainable goal after all.
 I'm writing this one down.2. hmmm.. I guess my goal could be to be able to do ONE pull up.
 
 
  Actually, I think you may be on to something here. I'm writing this one down, too. 3. Too late for this one. I've already planned to go on a tour of the Woodford Reserve distillery next weekend with a bunch of buddies. lol! I can tone it down, though!

  This past month I have realized that I DO enjoy drinking, but anything more than several just makes me full and hungover the next day.  It just isn't worth it, especially as often as we were doing it!
