Will Winstrol do do anything in this situation?

starting tomorrow, im running winny at 60 mg ed for 6 weeks with prop at 300 mg ew.......

im roughly 15% bf, 202lbs.....

im planning on keeping my cals around 2300 or so a day, and my carbs fairly low around 150 a day....(i still want to make some muscular gains, so i dont wanna go too low on the cals and carbs)............protein at 200 or so grams a day

i have a 6 week supply and i have been hearing that winstrol doesnt really show unless you're under 10% bf.......either way, im taking it, and i was wondering what changes i could make to my diet/training to see the results of the winstrol??

This isn't the answer you want to hear, but morning cardio right after waking on an empty stomach, will pretty much rip you up just be sure to have a high protein shake afterwards,weight training should be done later in the afternoon.

winstrol will increase your strength pretty immensly. from my experience, the general benefits of winstrol for me was that it increases my strength and does build muscle while cutting. what radar posted will work, the guy has some of the best information and advice of anyone that ever posts here. cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is something that would normally make me lose fat and muscle but winny will help preserve and even build more muscle.

with clean, sound diet and training 6 wks winny is all you need.

i have ran it twice, both times at 50 ed for 6 weeks. i got incredible results. i have stacked it with anavar and test. last time i ran winnie, liver enzymes went through the roof.....now i am paranoid and will not run again.
 
If you are trying to cut up but still add more muscle then work your entire diet around protein. Eat at least 2grams per lb of bodyweight and only eat carbs pre and post workout meals. Also do cardio everyday for at least 45min. You can eat really clean and really high calories if you add healthy fats to compensate for the low carbs. This is just what I would do. Hope you get the results you want.

So what have you used in it's place when looking for similar results A.navar?
