Hey Everyone,

I know it is in not optimal to cram cutting and bulking into one cycle but would it be ok for me to cut for 4 weeks to shed off a couple of those stubborn lbs on the abs and then jump right into a bulking cycle?

The Plan As Of Now....

Week 1-4 (Cutting)
40mg Anavar ED
250mg of Primobolan EW
Diet: Under 1300 calories/day
30 Minutes Cardio ED

Week 5-11 (Bulking)

250mg Durabolin/wk (125mg e3d) (nandrolone phenyl propionate)
325mg Sustanon/wk (Test)
Diet: 3,000 Calories/Day
Heavy Lifting 5 Days a Week

Will cutting and then bulking back to back cause any problems?
Will I put the fat right back on if I go straight from cut to bulk?

It would be a bulking or cutting diet rather than a cycle and dont you think it would be best the other way round?

First bulk up and then control diet in the last weeks of the cycle to help get rid of some excess fat?

Exactly what I was going to say... I did a cycle that I kicked off w/test and Dbol (3 weeks) and finished out with Test/Var...made some good solid gains.
 
if u start with the diet at that low of calories for that short of a period, ur body is gonna go into survival mode. ull lose a lot of wieght, but then when u come off of that, ull gain it all back because ur metabolism will be really slow. happened to me. if u really wanna start with a cutter, after u finish it u will have to slowly turn up the cals per day. maybe add 500 cals every 3-4 days, until u reach what u want.
 
flip flop it but you may need to run to prime longer to see start really noticing the results. I' reccomend at the minimum of 6 weeks. you can also use primo for lean bulking too. Just look at swole.
 
I thought it is always better to cut before bulking?

Shouldnt I be more afraid to lose the muscle I have gained by bulking and then cutting?

If I stop cutting natural right now how long should I wait before the bulk? Will increasing calories back to normal over a week be enough before I go wild and start eating like a mad man?

First what are your stats? Age, weight, height, body fat, training experience?

How about you get your bf in check with diet and cardio, and then when you are ready run a cycle to "bulk up".
 
Im planning on cutting naturally for a few more week before the bulk, I dont want to waste the goods on something I can do on my own.

But do I need to slowly increase my calories before I jump right into the cut to the bulk?

I dont wanna add back the fat and shock my system with a caloric spike from a hardcore diet?

If so how long should I get back on a regular maintence diet

theres no set rules. adjust your cycles around YOUR goals.
most BULK then CUT but no reason you cant go vice versa.
