Will this split routine work for me?

I'm just splliting my upper and lower portion.


Monday:lower body(legs and abbs,)
tuesday:upper body(chest,tri, biceps etc..)
wendesday: REST
thursday:lower body
friday:upper body
Saturday:rest
sunday:lower body
 
IMO This might be better.

monday-back and bi's
tuesday- chest and tri's
wednesday-rest
thursday-legs
friday-shoulders,traps and abs
sat-rest
sun-rest
