I'm 22, a senior in college, 5'8" 200lbs, 11% bf. I have vascular arms and a good frame but boobs and a gut. I am trying to rid this once and for all. I have dried numerous diets but I think this one might be the best, please give me your opinion on this. I am doing 75 mg's of Fina EOD and glutamine along with my protein shake
7 am:45 min. cardio
8:15 a.m: 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 2 peices whole wheat bread
11:15 a.m.: Chicken breast, half baked potato or beef jerky and potato
2:15 p.m : 1/4 lb turkey, one peice whole wheat bread
5:15 p.m : Protein Shake
7:15: Chicken breast and greends
Workout and cardio again
10:00 p.m.: protein shake and glutamine
I am as big as I want to be, I only want to firm up and lose my love handles and bitch tits. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
