Will taking 20mg of anavar daily work?

why only 20mg? is it an issue with the var being pricey??? this is my main problem. Most people seem to do 40mg a day from what ive read. Not sure about what 20 mg will do but im interested in finding this out 2.

I've noticed much better results with 40mg a day, but to bridge I will use 20mg a day. I don't know how much this will actually do. If I were in mid cycle, I would definately up the dosage.
 
I think once ive saved enough dosh ill go with the 40MG for 8 weeks. Just gotta save me pennies now.

20mg/Day is a good bridge between cycles but if you hope for worthwile gains then IMO 40mg/Day for 8 weeks is an optimal dose and that is the minimum I would use unless it is a bridge

Ive read all over about clomid usage after an anavar cycle and whether its needed or not... whats your opinion Mustang? If ur nads shrink then that means you would need it right? So you could just get some then. Are there alternatives to clomid?

If you are a steroid virgin then you will get results with 20mg a day. Good luck :) It would be a good idea to increase the dose by 10mg every fortnight if possible.

If feel Clomid should be used after every cycle. Some say that Anavar will not supress your HPTA, that is wrong. As far as I know, all steroids supress your HPTA therfor needing Clomid post cycle. I would start the CLomid 3 days after your last dose of Var

I assume the clomid dosage would be similar to that after using other AS or since the anavar is milder would the clomid dosage be milder also. I spose it cant hurt anyways since clomid is pretty cheap. Ive heard it can make me break out more and make me moody... is that right.

p.s. I don't think you really need clomid after using oxandrolone (anavar), esp. at only 20mgs a day. Why don't you contact the man in China if you want some affordable oxandrolone.
 
you can get good results by taking .125mg per pound of body weight so if you weigh 200 then 25mg ED should give you good results
 
so what kind of results would you see from 25mg a day. Im currently sat at about 180lbs at im approx 14% bf.

For 8 weeks I would say a good 3-4kgs of solid muscle if you eat enough. You won't get the huge increases that many people on here report because oxandrolone (anavar) doesn't cause much water retention (which accounts for much of the gain in weight). This amount of muscle should dramatically change your body. I know that every 5kgs of muscle I put on puts my body into a totally different league.
 
WOW, that sounds pretty amazing to me. Im currently struggling to eat 2500 calories a day with 250 grams protein. Only just started doing this a few weeks back since ive lost 3 stone of fat in 8 months and wanted to work on the muscle. Lost the weight lifting heavy and only limited cardio so managed to put a little muscle on but was limited by low cals even though protein has always been above 150g a day. Im assuming id need to but this up to at least 3000 cals and 300g of protein to see decent gains here. Whats your opinions?

the only way I can thing of increasing my cals is using milk instead of water in shakes (full fat) and eating junk food... any tips on beefing the cals up... maybe drink more weight gainer shakes? using Nlarge2 at the moment that has 600 cals and 52g protein. I need some tips here. Also, will I still shed some fat while on var eating 4000? what about protein... i assume 300 would be fine

Your protein intake is sufficient. I wouldn't waste my virgin cycle by worrying about fat loss. You can lose weight again anytime, but you'll only be a steroid virgin once. My advice is EAT EAT EAT!

The best way to up your calories is to go and buy some essential fatty acids from your health food store. It will probably be a combo of flax seed oil and safflower oil (omega 3 and 6). Add 4 tablespoons to your protein shakes - that should increase your calories dramatically.

You could write a book on the positive spin-off from eating EFAs so I won't list them all here. But some of the side benefits are that EFAs help support your liver and kidneys and protect your heart form increased cholesterol production. They are a definite must on any steroid cycle.

I was 5'10 190 and in 8wks on 15 mg of the btg's Oxandrin I was
200 , and loss 7% bf....I ate 195 gms of protein, took 10 gms of
Glutamine at bed time, Used Cutting Gel, Took 2gms of L-Carnitine, 400mg of ALA, Low dosages did work .
 
ooo, yeah I already take flax oil and flax seens (which contain the lignans) since my oil has no lignans in it for some reason but is still flax. 4 tablespoons would add about 500 cals to my totals since its about 125cals per tbsp. Im assuming id be looking at 50% protein 30 carbs and 20 fat?

With regards the fat loss... ive already prooved its easy to loose over the last 8 months:) Im looking forward to this.

ooo... ive also heard that creatine is a must while on the var... what are ur opinions on creatine? Does it mean a lot of the size gained from var is just water? im assuming not since the lack of aromatisation to eastrogen. Im just thinking about the keepability of var gains with or without clomid.

20mgs/day will be highly anti-catabolic,slowing net export of amino acid content from the cells...A high,consistent intake of protein will further enhance this benefit.It will also drive more creatine into the cell,so 10mgs/day of creatine will further enhance cell volumization/strength.

Speaking very generically....
*** Being completlely new to the whole idea. I don't want to do anything crazy, but I'm working really hard and would like to see some return. I go heavy one part per day 12-15 sets total and so far with creatine, protien and ZMA my body looks like its never looked before. Not great compared to real lifters, but for me its vastly improved. I'd like to get an edge, but literally have no idea.

Is this considered a safe start for a newbie. I mean I can't f up and end up screwing up my health.
