ooo, yeah I already take flax oil and flax seens (which contain the lignans) since my oil has no lignans in it for some reason but is still flax. 4 tablespoons would add about 500 cals to my totals since its about 125cals per tbsp. Im assuming id be looking at 50% protein 30 carbs and 20 fat?
