Will steroids help?

At 6'2" and only 150lbs, might be time to go see a doctor and get your thyroid checked out.

Either that or you got a tape worm. lol I agree you might want to go get some blood work done. Whether you decide to cycle or not! and eat, then eat again, till you cant eat no more........

You guys are acting like at 150 im a holocaust victim. I mean sure im no 250lb'er , but i dont look like a anorexic super model.

now add peanut butter and milk to every meal and see how much you gain in 4-8 weeks then cycle ;)

Sounds a lot like a guy who posted a few days ago and got shut down. Im going to tell you the same thing I told him, if you dont learn how to eat and train to gain size naturally than any size you gain from AAS will be quickly lost so I think its a total waste of your time. You need to learn how to gain some mass naturally so you can apply that when you cycle and keep your hard earned gains.

you have a lean base from scratch. but it looks like you do not work out very often or at all... and i'm not saying that to be a smartass, I am just being honest.

I think besides the food situation that needs to be fixed you also need to head over to the weightlifting section and do some reading... find a good split and hit the weight room hard 1 hour everyday. heavy sets with heavy weights. workout your entire body ESPECIALLY your legs, build a strong trunk

I was 6,1 and 145 pounds until my early 30's. I worked out everyday for months, getting a little stronger, but never much bigger. I could eat anything, and did. My metabolism at 41 is still kicking ass. I swore there was no way I needed to eat more. My diest was not the problem. This went on and off for years. same result. Guess what? The problem with my diest wasn't so much quantity, but quality. Sure I needed to eat even more, but my protein intak was way low for someone with that fast of a metabolism. If you dont get enough calories, what little protein you eat is burned as fuel. I hated to admit it but yup, diet. Once I got that dialed in, wow. I didn't need steroids even though many thought I was using them. Without gear, I got up to 220 lbs and the strength was even better yet. Keep an open mind, as much as we think we have something just right, at least be willing to consider it. The good new is, once you do find the answer, you will be in for a satisfying ride. Ahh, the good ole days, I miss that part of my lifting.

Add more calories. Eat eggs every day. Snack on nuts. Use more olive oil. Take 2 BIG BLASTS every day.

Then get back to me if you haven't added any mass.
