hi i just move to the uk and consedering starting AAS ,my english is not that good so i couldn 't find the right answer in the forum.
how to start ,where to buy them?
i ve benn doing bodybuilding for 2 years in France.

hi i am 36 and 1m89(6.2 feet) and 82 kilos(180),i started i was 71 kilos(156).
i trained 3 times weeks full body.i eat morning oats and 30g whey ,at 12 am i eat noodle with thuna.3 pm cchicken breast .evening white with broccoli.

Thanks for the English units, saves me the trouble of converting since those are the numbers I think in.

At 6'2", 180lbs you very likely have more genetic potential. Right away I can tell you don't eat enough if you're trying to gain more muscle. The standard starting point is to eat 6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 bigger ones. Get at least 2g of protein for every lb of body weight. Right now it should take about 2,600 calories/day for you to maintain. You'd want 3,100 cal/day to build muscle training naturally, and 3,500-4,000 cal/day while on steroids. It really does become like "work" to eat properly if you're trying to grow.

By now you need to be training more intensely to challenge your muscles more. Your muscles will need more than 2 days to recover if you're training for hypertrophy so you need to work on different muscle groups on different workout days. Research Bill Star's 5x5 workout program.

Your first steroid cycle should be testosterone on it's own. It's the least complicated option that is effective and you will learn how your body reacts to AAS. 500mg/week of testosterone enanthate for 10 weeks would be a great first cycle.

Also research PCT (Post Cycle Therapy). There's a seperate board on here for it.
 
+1 on a Test only cycle to test (no pun intended) the waters.

Remember, just as much - if not more - research needs to go into your PCT and diet than into researching what AAS to take. Diet is going to make or break your progress and gains while on cycle. PCT is going to make sure you keep what you gained once you're off cycle.

Very good info up there! First work on your diet and get that in check as well as training and you'll make progress on your own first. Then you need to research, research, research! After training and diet are in check learn all about PCT, and about the AAS you intend to use. I also agree when it is time test only first run. When you can't find an answer though don't be afraid to ask this board is very helpful!
