Will Smith as Ali

jujube

New member
I saw that this movie is coming out soon. Smith put on 30lbs of muscle over the period of a year for this flick. He got up to 215 and looked good. Not sure if he lost any, but I guess we'll see with his next movie. When asked about the weight gain he said that anybody who trained 5 or 6 times a week for a year would change their bodies. I am not sayiong that he juiced, but does anybody have any opinions? Either way, he changed alot since his fresh prince of Belair days!

I saw a trailer for the movie and man did he grow! Remember the studio pays him to train, pays for his personal trainer, he has a fulltime chef cooking his food and an assistant making sure he eats all just to prepare him for the roll he's playing. I bet he even has an MD on the payroll. Must be nice

30lbs of tissue in a year can not be done by a man his age without steroids....there is no 2 ways about it.

muscleup ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,30lbs of tissue in a year can not be done by a man his age without steroids....there is no 2 ways about it. true that

do u think they really gave him a year to train for the movie? a year ago he was probably working on some other movie. my guess is he hit it up like many other actors.

of course he did. The slight moonface also helped him look alot more like Ali. Will Smith's face is normally lean and angular. I saw the preview in a theater, and you can really tell he is holding water, and I think they did that on purpose.

Oh yeah, he juiced allright. But what can they tell the public, "yeah I did 400mgs if this and 200mgs of that". He'd be labled for the rest of his life. Well, I'd do the same if I made what he made!

He still deserves credit where credit is do.....30lbs of tissue is a good accomplishment for anybody.

Here's a dead giveaway...

Last week I heard Will Smith doing a radio interview about the movie and they asked him about working out. He said the usual BS, but the dead giveaway that he juiced was when he said "since I've been working out I've been a horny mofo, just ask Jada." We all know test makes you a horny mofo.
I've worked out for 12 years before my first real cycle and no peice of iron has ever made me a horny mofo.

I was curious too. It is obvious. But like said, he has chefs, dieticians, trainers, doctors, anything I man could dream of to consult him in every way to grow. Must be nice, all he would need is a monkey to work out for him and still grow.

Yup...whatever, the world just isn't ready for the truth in bodybuidling.

I know that this has been said before but Edward Norton was pretty thick in that film "American History X" . It will be good to see what happens with this film as far as popularity goes. Always like Wil Smith. Even in "Wild Wild West!!

FYI he pretty much ditched all the muscle after the film, I saw him on....gasp...Oprah (note from George Spellwin: Hugh's membership has been suspended for watching Oprah. He will now only be able to access the "pictures of fat women dating board.").

exactly 30lbs of muscle in one year!! no way without juice!!! i did hear that he said he was very horny to, and he got real cocky!!

G-Man

Edward Norton in American History X is a prime example of celebrities on the juice. That was an absolutely ridiculous transformation.

Look at the diffence between Norton in American History X and FightClub.

Cut & Muscular VS Classic Skinny Fat

The Fresh Prince did a hell of a job, we all know that roids is no magic bullet. It's pretty funny how ignorant the rest of the population is ... 30 lbs of solid mass, while probally dropping BF%. I guess people could never imagine the Fresh Prince sticking a 1.5" needle in his ass. Maybe Carleton helped with the injections? Uncle Phil with the mass diet?

Even though he is real short, Carleton actually had some thickness, which is what sorta made the whole "dweeby rich white kid" persona all the more funny.

who gives a fuck. Will Smith sucks. The pre-views for that moive suck too. It seems like he is talking with marbles in his fuckin mouth

I saw an interview with his wife. The both of them were training with a top trainer(don't know his name) the trainer was put together. His wife was training for the Matrix 2. While he was training for Ali. She said that the both of them have the bug and will probably train all the time now. Gear, who knows, who cares. Probably though.

Why do we see so many posts about this garbage? First no one knows that it's 30 lbs of muscle that he put on...simply 30lbs. You can put on 10 lbs. with Creatine. You can put on 30 lbs in a year easily with training and all that he has available such as the already mentioned nutritionists and all that. Besides, what else does the guy have to do besides train? It's not like he has a day job, all his time and energy can go towards that. To gain weight to be Ali would be easy since Ali was never ripped, he just got bigger as he got older like any other person. I don't think that his change is that drastic, he just looks bigger. He's so lean naturally that if he put on 30 lbs. of LBM, he'd look even bigger. We all know how much bigger you look as you lean out after a cycle, you look bigger than you were 15-20 lbs heavier. Just my opinion.

Ummmm...that is the way Ali would public speak. You would know that if you watched any real footage of him.

I can't wait for that movie to come out. I don't like Will Smith but I think that he was a great pick for the movie, he has Ali's body and facial features. It looks like he did a good job of imitating Ali's speach and actions too. I love Muhammad Ali and agree with Hugh Gellattas that that's exactly what Ali sounded like, kind of a soft rambling tone. Smith just better not fuck up playing Ali but from what I've seen, he hasn't.
