No keto is not neccessarry, nor is cutting out dairy or any other specific thing. There are many ways to lose bf% no particular one is the only way to get abs.

I will add that on a keto diet it will be easier to get good cut abs do to lack of water rentention (also the reason for cutting dairy though dairy doesn't cause retention in everyone).

Remember though thats only temporary while you have low water retention as soon as you go off the water weight will come back and it will again solely rely on bf%

Missy, once you finally reach your goals of a six-pack you have to basically eat low carbs the rest of your life to maintain the cuts. I say eat maintenace calories and focus on lifting weights and building some muscle. Plus, women with 6-packs are gross.

To answer the original question, Yes supplements are great for breaking platues and giving one the edge. Second to proper diet and exersice, which you seem to have under control.

For a nice safe paring try Syntrax MM4 (Forskolin)
and/or Adipo-Kinetix for nice results.

You wont have to eat low carbs all your life, depending on how many cals you burn on daily average. Fat loss is very subjective. You can bring cardio up to 45-50min per session, bring up frequentcy by adding another day a week ect.. there are lots of ways to up intensity.

Cardio 3 times a week for 30 minutes? You need more cardio and may need a better diet. If you do not have abs don't expect to get them in 2 weeks.

I see no problem with your diet and cardio training, although if this is not just PART of you periodization than i recommend backing off for a while. If you are in fact cutting, i suggest you change your ab training. You can not see your abs if you do not build your abs!!! Drop high volume bs and follow this for a few months, call me in the morning:
3 sets 15 reps weighted knees (do on a dip machine)
2 sets 15 reps weighted cable crunches
2 sets 15 weighted cable oblique twists

Train abs 2x a week TOPS, if this doesn't work, drop down to only 1x a week

whats wrong with training abs 3x a week? i will see no results by this? i mean can u actually eat very low carb and still keep muscle even WHILE doin cardio for more than 3x a week? i think running or jogging is very catabolic in breaking down muscle in my legs(which i tried so hard to put on muscle)..i dont want to lose it but stilll want abs...nothing works ..lol dosent your body get used to low carb dieting and stops burning fat? i recarb once a week but i think i been doin this too long... any help.?
