will novaldex reduce your gains?

I wodering if novaldex will hender your gains when your on a cycle. I'm also wonderinf when the best time to take it would be if I'm going to do a 12 week cycle of the juice.

Propinate 200-300 mg for weeks 1-5
Sustanon 250-750 mg then tapering down to 250 mg again weeks 2-9
Deca 200-400 mg for weeks 5-12
winstrol 50-150 mg for weeks 7-12

no it wont hinder your gains noticeably. do 20 mg's a day only if you se signs of gyno.

i do not fill it hindered any of my gains i use to use it at 20mg ed i just use arimi. now
