im in my 5th week of enanthate at 500 a week.....made some strength gains, gained about 15 pounds as well...


problem is, when my cycle ends summer is coming up......i am usually pretty active in the summer and my diet consists of mostly fruit and veggies, real healthy shit.....


after im dont with my 10 weeker of enanthate , i was thinking of extending the cycle for another 10 weeker, enanthate 250mg/wk and 40 mg anavar a day...each for 10 weeks


my question is, should i do my pct after my current enanthate cycle at 500/wk, or should i continue the cycle with a smaller dosage of test and var for 10 weeks, then do my pct......

i have 30 nolvadex 30 mg tabs and dermacrine sustain on hand, as well as some hcg as well.....


how should i go about this, i really wanna hold on to my muscle when i try to lose some fat this summer
 
I would not extend another 10 weeks unless you just plan to be on for life. Not saying you can't recover from it, but it would be real hard. There is a chance you would not to. Just not a good idea unless you are a lifer bro.
 
so what about runnning the anavar the last 5 wees of my enanthate cycle and then 5 weeks after my cycle wit pct
 
Every day past 8 weeks makes it harder to get the HPTA back to normal. Going on a low dose afterward will just keep the HPTA in a dormant state. PCT is not a cure and it isn't guaranteed. If you want to maintain size, don't eat just fruit and veggies and think the gear is going to keep the muscle. If anything, you;'ll lose even more when you come off. (Fruit ain't so healthy anyway).

This is where protein shakes are a blessing. How difficult is it to gulp one down and get 40 grams of protein? Get some BIG BLAST bro. Cook up some hard boiled eggs. Then you can do the fruit and veggie thing. Without protein, there's no muscle. Period.
